Among these, communication via telephone is an integral part of the interaction between the Academy and the public.

We are pleased to announce that the Academy of Medical Sciences has officially been granted the identifier name VienHanLam by the Information Security Department under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The identifier name VienHanLam will appear in all official calls with our valued customers and partners starting from February 22, 2024.

From February 22, 2024, apart from personal phone numbers of our officers and staff with whom our customers and partners are already acquainted, any calls claiming to be from the Academy of Medical Sciences without displaying the identifier name VienHanLam on the phone screen are considered fraudulent.
